We strive to create homes for those who need them most, from teachers, emergency service providers, retail workers, and restaurant personnel to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and veterans. Through our work, we aim to serve the people who make our communities thrive yet struggle to find affordable living spaces.
We focus on developing multi-family complexes, single-family units, and multi-use properties. Our team works diligently to address the shortage of rental homes available to extremely low-income households in California. We manage every aspect of the development process, from securing financing to overseeing construction, and the sale or rental of our affordable housing projects.
