Depending on the specifics of an affordable housing project, we may use one, two, or all four of these types of assistance.

What are the benefits of affordable housing? A huge economics impact of affordable housing is the number of jobs it can create, both during the construction phases and ultimately through long-term societed growth.

There's No Place Like Home

What does it mean to feel at home? A home provides security, belonging, identity, and privacy, among other things. Home are very important to children because they help provide the sense of belonging that children need in order to establish strong connections. Most of all, it’s a place that provides us with a centering – a place from which we leave each morning and to which we return each evening. Everyone deserves a place to call home.
